***TOP 55 NUTRITION + FAITH PODCAST*** 280+ episodes filled with simple, natural health tips that work with real life. 🎉
Are you tired of staring into the fridge wondering what to eat so you could just feel better? Don’t have the time to spend hours in the kitchen making tasteless, complicated meals in the name of health? Do you wish that losing weight was enjoyable so you could keep the pounds off for good? Would you love to leave fatigue behind and finally have the energy to do all the things you want to do?
Hey, friend, we are excited you’re here! This health and wellness podcast will help you learn the sustainable way to have nutritious whole food plant based meals you actually love, so you can leave your health struggles behind and feel great each day to fully enjoy life! This isn't your typical plant based diet ...
Hi, we're Jarrod and Anita, homeschooling parents of four, Christ followers, and big fans of great tasting, healthy food.
For years we tried exercising more and eating the foods we thought were healthy, like free range, cage free, no hormone added "natural” and “clean” foods, and yet we both found ourselves feeling the increasing effects of what we thought were changes that come with age or bad genes.
We fought inflammation, ached daily, lacked energy, gained unwanted pounds, and faced a growing list of medical problems that kept us from living the full, active lives we desperately wanted.
Even though we are both health professionals, we weren’t finding answers the traditional route, as it focuses on treating symptoms rather than addressing the root cause of disease.
We knew things had to change because there were so many things we wanted to accomplish and experience in life. It's not just about living long, we want to live well!
We dug into the nutrition research and created the system of simple plant-based meal strategies we could stick with, a lifestyle that makes feeling great each day quick, easy, and enjoyable, and we’re here to share it with you!
If you are ready to:
-> Learn how to make plant-based eating finally "stick"
-> Finally find the way to have your favorite meals that will naturally heal and make you feel better
-> Spend less time dealing with kitchen overwhelm and more time with those you love
-> Discover healthy meal prep ideas that are quick, simple, and delicious
-> Gain undeniable results like lower cholesterol, normal blood pressure, fat loss, decreased bloating, vibrant energy, and the ability to enjoy all that you were created for, this podcast is for you!
We've helped our clients naturally reverse headaches, type II diabetes, joint pain, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, autoimmune disease, reflux, obesity, fibrocystic breast disease, and more...
The great news is that carbohydrates (carbs) are not your enemy and you do not have to give up all the foods you love to feel better. You just need to know how to bust nutrition myths, get your mindset right, correctly set up your environment, and learn how to make healthy vegan eating quick, simple, and delicious. Ready to find your new favorite meals that will love your body back? When you do that, you will soar!
So grab your favorite plant-based cuppa happy, and let’s have fun living this amazing life together!

In Season 2 of the series we will share a new collection of surprising and unusual stories from the history of science. In each episode we will feature two seemingly unrelated stories from the past. Then, Dan Riskin will connect the dots between those stories and offer insight into how that history impacts modern medical research. We are learning from the past so we can understand the present, and inform the future. Along the way we will learn how a professor at Stanford turned mild mannered young men into cruel vicious prison guards, and how the Irish Potato Famine really had nothing to do with potatoes. We will ask questions such as: “Did we learn the wrong lesson from the sinking of the Titanic?” “How many people did Orson Wells actually fool?” and “What exactly is Maple Syrup Urine Disease?” In these ten episodes we will also follow along with SciMar as they take their breakthrough science into the testing phase. Will the things they discovered in a row of test tubes in the lab be repeatable in real people? And will that prove to be the final cure for type 2 diabetes? So, if you are intrigued by science, get excited about the process of discovery, and want to have the best stories at your next dinner party, this is the show for you. We promise a season full of guinea pigs, Corona beer, shipwrecks, and cobras. -- The series is produced by SciMar, a medical research company developing a new way to detect, treat and cure type 2 diabetes. Rather than insulin from the pancreas, they are focused on hepatalin, a hormone that comes from the liver. We will use historical stories to shine a light on where this modern company is headed.

Real talk, with real people, and real results so YOU can heal yourself naturally. Hosted by Dr. Anh, a board-certified pharmacist and health coach who believes the answer to better health is NOT found in a pill bottle but in WHAT we eat and HOW we choose to live our lives. Dr. Anh conducts weekly interviews with people who have healed themselves or their clients using food as medicine, including Dr. Terry Wahls, Abel James, and Ari Meisel. While the show focuses on food and nutrition, you'll also learn about supplements, exercise, mindset, and other alternative therapies that contribute to overall health and well-being.

What you have been told about food, the food pyramid and nutrition is incorrect.
Our "diet" is making us sick, fat and tired and is leading to an epidemic of illness, terrible metabolic health and diabetes.
Emma got pretty passionate about sharing this discovery, and in 2021 wrote a book called The F Word, Confessions of a Cheesecake Lover - that became an Amazon best-seller in 69 categories.
The book is a collection of hints and tips for anyone struggling with processed food, sugar, lack of willpower, guilt cycles, yo-yo dieting, increasing waistline, mood, focus or energy.
This podcast comes from my desire to teach you how to stop the food hunts, kick your cravings, to teach you the mistruths about food that we've been told, to correct the lies we were fed about fat and help you never fall off another diet.
Ever. Yes really.
Have a listen and feel free to share with a friend.I am passionate about spreading the word about helping people lose belly fat, reverse diabetes, balance blood sugar and help people understand why they are struggling.Within a few weeks of getting off sugar, toxic seed oils and processed food, I felt unbelievably good - I was bouncing out of bed.
Not only did it cut my cravings, it changed my relationship with food, myself and my daughter. You can too.
